国家防总：今年冬季全国降水“南多北少”

记者6日从国家防汛抗旱总指挥部办公室获悉，预计今年冬季全国降水“南多北少”。

　　国家防总通报显示，今年冬季(2015年11月至2016年2月)，全国降水区将偏南，长江以南大部地区降水较常年偏多，黄淮、华北、东北南部等地降水偏少。

　　明年春季(2016年3月至5月)，太湖及浙闽地区、长江下游沿江、东北等地降水偏多，华南、西南、黄淮、华北中南部等地降水偏少，江南部分地区可能发生春汛，北方冬麦区部分地区可能出现冬春连旱。

　　此外，受冷空气东移南下影响，预计11月6至7日和10至13日，我国将有两次明显降水过程，西北东部、华北、东北中南部、黄淮等地累积雨量10至25毫米，西南东部、华南西部、江南、江淮30至70毫米，其中广西北部、湖南中部、江西中部等地部分地区80至120毫米。
