这个世界不止有阳光和彩虹，它也是个非常卑鄙和肮脏的地方，只要你放弃了自己，生活会让你一世跪在地上，无法起来。你、我任何一个人都不可能打出比生活更重的拳头，关键不在于你能打出多重的拳头，而在于你能承受多大的打击，你能承受巨大的打击并且坚持下去，这才叫做胜利，这才是强者的所为。
在时光的沙漏里，溜走了光阴，在现实面前，你深深地低下头去，眼看自己一天天苍老、堕落、沉沦，却不做出丝毫反抗，你变了，变得沉默了，时光将你曾经锐利的自信磨平了棱角，你沉溺于行尸走肉般的生活之中，你整天酗酒度日，因为你恨透了生活。蛮荒的风卷起石块向你砸去，你的喘息声越来越沉重，你已经毫无力气去反抗，贫穷与痛苦无止境的向你蔓延而来，你绝望地笑着，不做任何反抗，你的灵魂已经自杀。你变了，你可以允许任何人指着你的脸说你不行，如果你的生活是这样，那么，只有你能拯救自己。
