广西柳州市长肖文荪落入柳江河中，经搜救打捞上岸后，送柳州市人民医院抢救无效死亡。死亡原因正在调查中。
车辆纷纷避让老太

　　据了解，事发地点位于芜湖市弋江区中山南路与三潭路路口附近，今年9月19日上午9时许，芜湖女子杨某驾车途经该路口，向左转向时，轿车右侧从一名躺倒在路上的老太身上碾轧过去，造成68岁老太郑某受伤严重。

　　监控录像显示，郑某身着浅色上衣，手持一个背包，顺着人行道来到中山南路中间，突然躺倒在路面上，看到这一幕，附近车辆纷纷避让，不久一辆黑色轿车顺着三潭路来到中山南路路口，左转弯时右侧车身从躺在地上的郑某身上碾过，当司机感到车底有异物后立即停车查看，发现车底竟然是一名老人。

　　老太重伤躺ICU

　　记者从芜湖市弋江区交警大队获悉，经过交警部门调查，杨某按照交通信号灯规定驾车左转向，而郑某也是在按照信号灯规定由东向西进入路口，郑某占用道路从事非交通活动(躺在道路上)，轿车与郑某发生刮擦、碾压，致郑某受伤，车辆部分受损。目前，郑某仍在重症监护室接受治疗。

　　近日，芜湖市弋江区交警大队根据调查情况出具了事故责任认定书，杨某驾驶机动车未遵守道路交通安全法律、法规的规定，按照操作规范安全驾驶、文明驾驶是导致本起交通事故的原因之一；而郑某未经许可，占用道路从事非交通活动和车行道内坐卧是导致本起交通事故的又一原因。交警部门认定，这起交通事故，双方都有过错负有同等责任，各承担50%的损失。

　　[定责理由]

　　办案民警告诉记者，郑某为了个人维权躺在马路上，行为本身违反了占用道路从事非交通活动和车行道禁止坐卧的规定。而司机杨某的过错行为是在驾驶车辆到路口、斑马线时未能观察到道路上是否有行人，虽然驾驶员称当时伤者在车辆盲区范围内，但是肇事车辆在行驶过程中一直是运动的，不存在绝对盲区范围。
