曝2016年多队投入达10亿 上港：公开外援花费

赛季开始前，上海上港队以进入亚冠为目标，最终以联赛亚军跻身洲际赛场。超额完成目标的同时，也为明年提出更高的要求。对此，上港集团董事长陈戌源在庆功会上表示：“明年，上港需要在中超、亚冠和足协杯三线作战。”他提出，“首先在联赛，我们要继续拿到2017年亚冠资格；而在亚冠，我们的目标是至少小组出线。”对于中超，陈董事长也承认，恒大夺冠实至名归，但他也雄心勃勃地表示：“冠军是永远要争取的，我们一直都有一颗冠军的心，希望可以在三年时间，最终夺得冠军。”

若要保证球队完成下赛季的目标，陈董事长认为，保证投入和人员调整是必不可少的。“包括技战术水平，包括教练班子以及内外援的引进，当然也包括俱乐部的投入。我们会按照这个目标，保证投入和人员调整。”他表示，“优秀内援与外援，我们肯定会考虑，尤其是后者。我们希望引进一些世界级球员，他们的到来，不但可以增强实力、联赛整体的吸引力，同时令队内的国内球员受益，跟着高水平球员踢球，肯定可以进步。现阶段在联赛，球队要获得好成绩，离开优秀外援是不现实的。”

传言在2016年，多支中超俱乐部甚至是两家升班马，将会达到10亿人民币的投入，两倍上港队本赛季的花费。陈戌源认为，持续投入并不意味着乱花钱，如何把每一分钱花得恰到好处，才是俱乐部需要做的事情。他宣称，下赛季，上港队的引援价格，将尝试对社会公开透明化，开联赛之先河。“有些外援的引进，价格和国外相比，的确高了点，但并没有像外面传说的那么高。比如，传说我们引进吉安花费一千万美金，这个肯定不是真的。”

他说，“我们未来希望逐步透明化，透明，为了更合理地花好每一分钱。比方说外援的转会费，我们就公布花费多少钱，我们是真金白银花出去的，没有理由不说。有人告诉我，不透露引进外援的金额，那是俱乐部的潜规则。但我觉得，上港队明年会打破这个潜规则。我们还没考虑成熟，但肯定有这个打算。”
